These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 499ba ("499ba", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 499ba website, mobile platform, services, games, betting products, and all associated features accessible via 499ba.io.

By accessing any part of the 499ba platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or using any support service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 499ba platform or had an account suspended or permanently closed by 499ba for a breach of these Terms.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of 499ba or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners.

499ba reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any player at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account on the 499ba platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or any other combination of identifying information — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, 499ba reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. 499ba is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. 3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 499ba account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be returned to the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Processing Times

Any deposit identified as originating from an unauthorised source will be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, multiple accounts, the use of betting bots, or any other method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion constitutes bonus abuse. 499ba reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse, without prior notice.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or gifted to another player.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 499ba reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, 499ba's decision is final.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 499ba are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 499ba reserves the right to void bets where the stated odds were published due to a manifest error, system error, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time of bet placement.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and price changes at any time during a live event. 499ba does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets. Bets accepted after the outcome of the market in question has been determined will be voided regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.

499ba reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 499ba has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• The player's account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• The player is engaging in or facilitating prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the account to be restricted or closed.
• The player is identified as being under the minimum age of 21 years.

Where an account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, funds held within the account will be frozen until the investigation is concluded.
